Great work at a fair price! – I am very happy with the work that Aquatic has done on my pool, my deck and my sidewalks! This is the only company I'll use for pool and concrete work. The owner, Ron Yates, personally came to my house to estimate the job...and then came back to inspected the work and to make sure I was satisfied with the job! That's service! Excellent Service – We purchased our pool from Aquatic in August, 2007. We have been very happy with it, although we did start to notice some concrete problems (crumbling) with the decking on our spa over the last few months. I sent an email with photos of the problem. Within an hour of sending the email, I was standing at my pool with Ron Yates (the owner) looking at the problem. He had a crew there the next morning breaking out the bad section, and repouring. Very Satisfied Customer – Aquatic Pools built my pool 7 years ago, and I am nothing but happy with it. It was built during the construction of my home, and Aquatic coordinated with my contractor and did all of the necessary work. The pool was completed right on time. Any time I have needed service, Ron Yates has seen to it that it was taken care of. Their employees have been polite and very efficient. They are a very professional company that I enjoy dealing with.
BEAUTIFUL POOL – Aquatic Pools designed & built our beautiful pool. Our pool turned out to our expectations. We experienced some delay due to an out-of-state vendor production problem with some custom tile we had ordered, but aside from that, the schedule was held as promised. Aquatic provided us with pool/equipment maintenance training & continued to walk us thru any future questions we had regarding the pool. All subsequent service calls were handled timely and all adjustments made accordingly.

Nightmare Company – The rating scale provided here is totally inadequate in describing this company. Customer service does not exist in this company. They do not call back when they say they will, they do not respond to customer needs. They have a total of 2 technicians, who are obviously overwhelmed with the work load and on top of that the technicians think they are gods! Crystal clear – I am a high end homebuilder and for the past 6 years Aquatic has built our pools. He has built 8 pools for me and every single one is a showpiece. He has always treated me with respect and professionalism that is hard to find in todays world. Anytime there is an issue, Ron has stepped up to the plate and corrected it in a timely fasion without question. That is truly a rare quality from my experience and I would not have anyone else build me a pool.
