DO NOT USE!!! We called the plumber because our kitchen faucet handle was broken. He told us that it was "all broken inside" and that we should buy a new faucet and replace the whole thing. This is a TOP OF THE LINE $500plus MOEN faucet, and only five years old!!! He told us that he would charge $429 to install it, and that their "rates are competitive" (Loews does it for $149!!!)!!! Never will call again They sold me a water heater and charged me a very stiff price. Two years later it started to leak so I called them to fix it under the 6 year warranty, they informed me they do not do any warranty work. I ended up calling another plumber which got charged a paper work fee from the supply house since he was not the one that originally sold me the water heater. Stay far far away from these guys
CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER We had a problem on a Sat, told us there was a $28 service charge, fair enough it's Saturday. After they quoted a price of $305, thought it was too much but had them fixed the problem anyway. Unfortunately, it led to a more expensive problem. The quoted price to fix the next problem was over $900, but they would discount the original charge from $300 down to $90. Quite a discount!!We asked them to leave.
