you gotta be kidding me called you out ... nothing too big. you wanted 266 american dollars to put on a water supply on a toilet... and 974 to put a faucet on a shower stall in my basement .. no walls to work around no crawling on the floor.. im mad because you all think im really that stupid to pay those parts.. i didnt need a new toilet.. or a new shower stall... even if it was an emergency i wouldnt pay those prices ... had a handyman come out and both were done for less than 300 and thats with the parts. keeping the esti... read more

Very Professional Called AquaTech to service my tankless water heater. The service was impeccable, from the office staff person that took my request to the technician that fixed the problem. The charges were clearly explained upfront. Donny, the tech, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly.

From the initial phone contact with Andi I felt I was being handled by a truly professional organization. A friend who had used AquaTech gave me your number. Andi had all the information I needed at her fingertips and was able to give me a quote over the phone. A quote that was quite a bit cheaper than the previous places I called. BEST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE we've ever had! Can't say enough good things about these people; the plumbers were knowledgeable, nice, clean, professional, and ON TIME! WOW. They fixed my problem when other plumbers couldn't figure it out. I would recommend them to my Mom and know she'd be well taken care of. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which has not always been the case for me when calling to get any type of work done on my home. Absolutely fabulous experience and thought I should let other people know.

SO Professional!!! SO Professional! We’ve never had such a good experience with any plumber, or any contractor for that matter. .AquaTech installed our tankless water heater. Their price was competitive, Larry, the owner, patiently explained EVERYTHING about tankless water heaters so that we knew how to make the best choice, the guys who installed it were clean and efficient, and Larry even stopped by on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and see if we had any questions. These guys absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations for customer service. They installed a faucet I purchased & the spout wasn't high enough for by pans to fit under. I was mortified, but this guy called his coworker who picked up the right one for me, met him halfway with it, so he could install it in time for my company arriving for the week-end. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would recommend them ANYTIME you need plumbing help.

Very Happy! I am extremley happy that I found Aquatech! My water heater was leaking so I began calling plumbers and was told high prices or large arrival windows. I was relieved to hear such a friendly voice at Aquatech. They sent over a plumber right away who was wonderful! He replaced my water heater in no time and the cost was less then what I expected! I can't say enough good

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!!! We called the plumber because our kitchen faucet handle was broken. He told us that it was "all broken inside" and that we should buy a new faucet and replace the whole thing. This is a TOP OF THE LINE $500plus MOEN faucet, and only five years old!!! He told us that he would charge $429 to install it, and that their "rates are competitive" (Loews does it for $149!!!)!!! We called Moen the next day, and they told us they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY (something that a plumber should know) and they shipped ... read more
