Great staff that always go above and beyond. Property is meticulously maintained. Staff is always responsive to any needs of the residents.
UPDATE: I wanted to update my review because there has been a lot of negative talk about Aqua recently on here, which honestly I do NOT understand. I have lived at Aqua for over two years now (one of the original residents) and had had only a great experience. The staff is more than accommodating, fixes any problem you have quickly and professionally, and goes above and beyond to build the community here. I have lived at Aqua since it opened in June 2016 and I cannot imagine living anywhere else in the Cincinnati area. I immediately felt welcomed by the sense of community in this building, which was especially comforting as I was brand new to the city. The staff is always there to greet you and welcome you home or talk you through any concerns you may have. After owning a home for over 30 years, I moved to AOTL in May 2017. I absolutely love the carefree lifestyle and the urban setting. The location is perfect for long walks or a short stroll to local restaurants and watering holes. The view from my balcony is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset and for Friday Night Reds Fireworks. Great place to live. Building is just over a year old. Amenities are kept up, location is great for getting around northern KY and Cincinnati area via car and the staff is always very helpful. The people in the building are a mix of young professionals and an older generation looking to no longer own a home. Everyone is very friendly and there are lots of cute pups around the building. there are a few "mixers" throughout the year to get to know each other as well.
I've been with Aqua since they opened in 2016. While not perfect and without a few growing pains, I've been very happy with my experience living at the property. -Great management staff who do everything they can to make our experience a positive one. Just moved to the Cincinnati area, and Aqua is right where you want to live! Convenient access downtown and to the highway is critical for me. Location is, after all, the most important consideration in finding a home. Residents and staff at Aqua are kind and helpful. We are surprisingly close knit and like to keep up on the goings-on in each other's lives!
