I have just moved into Aqua and the experience has been fantastic. Rick and Amanda have been wonderful, very patient and accommodating. On my first day, I messed up the paperwork. They re-did the entire packet without complaint or fuss. Thus far, a great experience. I spent approximately one month visiting numerous apartments in the downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Amanda and Rick are awesome. Great neighbors. Amazing views. The pool area is fabulous. Center of everything. Now if the Newport Police would ticket the crazy loud motorcycles it would be Nirvana.
We recently moved into Aqua On the Levee in April 2018. It has been a wonderful experience and we are very happy with our new apartment. The apartment itself is very nice, with a beautiful kitchen, nice stainless steel appliances, full washer and dryer and large bathroom. The location is unbeatable, being right next to Newport on the Levee and just a walk across the Purple People Bridge to Cincinnati.
