RecommendedI lived here for almost three years from 2017 to the end of 2019. Definitively loved it. The space in the apartment, amenities and service from the staff are unbelievable! Looking at some of the reviews I think there’s a lot of things to consider when moving into a community shared space... I witnessed floods, malfunctions, fire drills, etc. (Which are out of anyone’s control) But in all honesty I always felt the staff did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible at home. A friend of mine who lives there said there is always dog piss by the elevators. And the pool shut down a couple of times because some kid kept pooping in the pool. Management can’t control the kids but dogs are another issue.

Great location. Really good management team with Amanda and Rick. Nice apartments with great amenities. Walk out your door to the Levee, over the Purple Bridge to Cincy’s best sporting events and walking distance to good dining. I have lived here for over a year and signed a new lease. Totally recommend for young professionals, empty nesters or even small starter families!
Crazy how all the glowing reviews made recently were on September 4th 2018, within hours of each other. Oh, and their all mutual friends with Amanda Couper aka Amanda Driggett (THE BUILDING PROPERTY MANAGER). Nice try on astroturfing your reviews Aqua; also nice try to attempt to remove my previous review that told the truth and showed your true colors! (See photos below!)

Awesome Pool area and amazing views of Cincinnati
This place rocks. The view is amazing and it’s close to everything. Parent, entertainer, raging alcoholic? This location has you covered! I’ve never seen an ugly chick at the awesome pool and Amanda that runs the joint even walked my dog when I told her I was going to have a long day and I knew he was going to go all over the floor. Anyone that says anything negative about this place is clearly delusional. If the big man upstairs had to pick a place to live in Northern Kentucky this would without a doubt be his choice.
