Made an appointment for my mom, my two sisters and myself to get pedis. Called in advance and set it up for 12:00. We all sat down at 12:00 and they proceeded to start 3 of us on time. My mom had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up to do her pedicure. Again, this was with an appointment made in advance. In the mean time, two other ladies walked in and sat down and the manicurist began their pedis.
