Got dipped nails and the lady was very rude the whole time, accidentally dipped the wrong color on one of my nails but didn’t fix it all the way and when I pointed it out she was defensive and said well I’ll soak it off but it will take a long time. Then another nail was uneven and I pointed it out and she said it was my fault because I moved. Never going back again. The whole job looks horrible
I got SNS dip today the lady was so rude and smacked my arms down more than 3 times I tried lifting my elbows from the table because she was bending my finders so far in a direction that didn’t not move in! Every time I did this she would push my arm down again. I eventually told her that was enough well I shift in my chair and moved my finger slightly during the CLEAR COAT and she dropped my hand completely so it smacked the table messing up the remaining fingers... needless to say I WILL NEVER RETURN.
Was visiting from LA. The place is beautiful. Really nice and professional workers, but not how I was hoping my fiancé’s first mani/pedi to go. The mani/pedi experience is sooo different than what I’m used to for the price (hot towels cost 10$ more & my fiancé barely got a massage). I spent a total of 100$ for two regular pedis (mine was with gel) and one manicure.
Elite Nails is, by far, my favorite place to get a mani/pedi! Everyone is always so friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing and professional. I like that they use disposable liners for their basins and that everything is clean and sanitary.
I’ve been patronizing this spa for years, always friendly and professional. The techs are always willing to go above and beyond for their clientele, superior service!
