SENIORS BEWARE They showed up at my mother's house in Middletown to do work no one asked them to do then demanded payment. They called it a "winterization." What that means is they turned the knob right to turn off the water to the pipes that lead to the outside then went outside turned that knob left to drain any water in that specific pipe. He been taking care of my system for the past 5 years they been very far with price and will come out for emergency during the winter I had a total idiot put my system ( different company) in and had a blow out of my pipe outside He came on a Sunday to fix it so glad I found him a honest nice all around guy you wouldn’t be disappointed if you use him

We had sprinklers installed about a year ago. The installation went well; there were a few loud arguments between two of the team members which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. They will come out twice a year to Winterize and set up for Spring if requested. Customer Service is friendly and gets back to me quickly. I've recommended them to others and we've all been happy with the results.I would recommend this company.

Poor customer service. DO NOT agree to any service they provide. They make promises they don’t adhere to. Also, you agree to pay for one package and they charge you for a more expensive one. Several months have passed and I’m still waiting for the $20 I was “overcharged.” Criminals! Don’t trust them.
