Aqua cove is cool , rent a tad over priced but nice area over all. I hate new management and name , avenue 29 . Moving out due to changes
So apparently I "owe" because apparently they just found out that I was paying for an unfurnished apartment and no pet fee. When I did my 200 pet deposit and they didn't add it on to my lease. And when I moved into the apartment the two roommates before me had a furnished apartment when I moved in and that's what I thought I was paying for. But now they're expecting me when they told me it was THEIR fault that I have to pay for the time that they mistakenly didn't charge me for. Do yourself a favor and just don't move here, it will be the biggest mistake of your life. I've gone through hell and back with this complex - not to mention that I had a bullet go through my window and all that was offered to me was $50 off of my utility bill. Management walks in your house whenever they feel like it without leaving any type of notification, maintenance takes their time fixing things.
