****** was great on the routine application and helped tremendously with an ant problem in the kitchen.
*** was a great service technician. She explained the products she was going to use and the places she was going to treat. I especially appreciated her instructions on how long to stay out of the rooms that were treated since theres a baby in the house. Wonderful customer service and a very pleasant personality too.
***** did a great job educating me on some common spring insect issues. He sprayed and really used a good tool to clear around windows and eve's. He gave me a trap to see if there are any insects or critters inside the house I am not aware of at this point. I have been with Aptive for a few years now. We do not have ants or bugs in the house and I do not have to buy any chemicals or traps during that time. Worth the money and professional approach to preventing unwanted bugs and insects in the house.
The team at Aptive is consistently thorough, courteous and adaptive. They go above and beyond for their customers. If any re-treatments are needed, they dont hesitate and come out immediately to address any concerns! Great group!
