Ive been using Aptive for sometime and have always be satisfied with their work! Yesterday I was feeling under the weather and the technician, ******* was very understanding when I didnt want to answer the door and kept me updated with my service by texting and calling me while he was here. ****** went above and beyond and I am very grateful for his work!
