****** was the technician that came out to do the pest control treatment. He was very thorough and friendly. I have been using aptive for a year now and I was very pleased with his knowing what to do. would be nice to have him every time
I have been using Aptive for almost one year and I have not yet been disappointed. The technicians are always very thorough and friendly. When I have needed to change appointments, the customer service team has been great also. We have had ************************* twice now and he has always been very friendly and always explains what he is doing. Very pleased with the service and the team!

Aptive Environmental has been keeping pests out of my house for 4 years now. They always do a good job, but *************** is a stand-out technician. He was training a new technician today and I made sure to let the new tech know that he was learning from the best. ***** is respectful, listens to my concerns, asks appropriate questions, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I hope that he trains the new techs with those traits.
