Mikah has always been just like a best friend to me. He always asks do I have anything that needs extra attition. He knows what he doing and really does it well. The way I feel about the service I get, I will stick with Aptive as long as I'm treated the way Mikah doses.
***** did a great job! He took his time and even texted me pictures showing all the work he had completed. When I mentioned having issues with tree roaches, he gave me several baits which I really appreciated. I'm a very happy customer!

They never plan on doing the inside of your house unless you call and make sure. They will offer to rearrange your schedule but several months later they will call and say you owe them another $120 for rearranging your schedule. This company is a total scam. The first service happens right after they discount their original price. It is done with professional equipment, and they do your whole yard. Each later application gets to be less of a job. My technician was **************** She was pleasant, professional, and thorough. After the application, she talked me through all that she did, identified our problem areas, and explained how they were addressed. She also gave me some glueboards to use in the basement. We have been using Aptive for a couple years and ****** has been our best techician!
Great service!! The Techs are always so nice and polite! ***************************** did an amazing job and also I had totally forgot about the appointment and left my dog outside. Fortunately , as usual, he send me a text letting me know he was on his way which gave me time to go back to rescue my dog :) He was so nice he gave me a couple of hours to get back!! I am so impressed with Aptive techs. They are so polite and professional. They tell you exactly what they will be doing and ask if you have any other needs or concerns that need to be addressed. We live in a heavily wooded area and down the street from the metro park and our insects and pests are under control.
