Management: please add the technicians name to your request for a reviewif I cant remember or dont have their names, I cant tip them. ****** E
**************, ****************** was awesome. He listened to my concerns about the boxelder bugs and beetles. He was able to concentrate on these specific bugs and they have been greatly reduced.
The service tech, ***********************, did an amazing job on our service! He texted ahead to let me know he was coming. He asked if we had any questions or concerns. He added bait boxes and did a thorough job inspecting and treating our home. When he was finished he explained everything he had done!
Great job at applying pest prevention. Mikah did a thorough job - even pointing out to keep our dog inside for an hour or more to avoid any reaction.

I received a reminder text the day before. The tech (***********************) sent me a text to let me know when he would arrive and was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had without making me feel like I asked something stupid. This was my first treatment in my new home so I can't speak to how well the treatments worked as yet.
Trae was great. I was running late so he changed times to help me out.
Excellent coordination of service appointment and delivery of service as promised in a professional manner.
