Received a knock by Aptive on my door and I have a No Solicitation sign on it that I pointed to and mentioned and this sales man proceeded to tell me that he forgot his glasses.

My name is ****************** My technician *******, re-serviced on April 30, 2022 as we had some minor issues getting some bugs inside the house. He patiently listened to what I had to say, and explained in great detail what he will be doing. I think he did a great job. He was quite courteous and pleasant. We have been using Aptive 3-4 years and this seems to be the best technician I have found during all these years of service from Aptive.
