A salesperson I believe his badge said Kaiden S. came to my house and I advised him that I was not interested. Incredibly aggressive door-to-door solicitors.A Thursday night, 8:30 PM: Solicitor knocks on the door, completely ignoring the very prominent "No Soliciting" sign. When I walk out, he begins his prompt, and I immediately point to the sign. He states "I am sorry, I did not see that. But since you are already out here, let me tell you..." I cut him off, point to the sign and say "it is 8:30 at night, you ignored the sign. You are officially trespassing. Get off my property." **** was Very professional, quick and clean. He explained everything he was going to do and left me snap traps to put inside the home.
June came out today in the time frame she said she would be there. Was very polite and friendly. Enjoyed her explanation of the chemicals being used. She took care of the areas that needed attention and did a superb job. I am enjoying having Aptive as my pest control company.

******************************* Who was my Tech came into the house and explained everything to me about the ants coming into the house and sprayed everywhere I asked him. He told me how this pesticide will blocked the ants and millipedes from coming into the house he was very Mindful of the new born I had. In the house and was directly to the point treated, explained, and gone. Aptive you need more folks like him who actually like to do their job.
Aptive has been a reliable and effective service for us for several years. Our current tech, *****************************, has great communication and always checks in before & after treatment (especially if were not home during) to be sure we have had all concerns addressed!
