**** came out and serviced my home. He was very professional, explained everything he did and did an excellent job. Very nice, going above and beyond.

Today we had the pleasure meeting *************************************, he went above what was asked. Over the years I have used many pest control companies, but Aptive continues to impress with the customer service and the technicians that come to spray. Very professional employees and if you arent happy they arent happy. I dont think I would ever switch companies. Been with them for about 5 years and always been satisfied
Technician was rude and on the phone the entire time with his friend while we were trying to tell him what we needed. He left without completing the service and was very combative in my driveway. I have used Aptive for 3 years now and the past year has been terrible. What a waste of time and money. I don't know what happened but this is a shame!
