Today, Saturday August 5, 2017 , is the second service from Aptive to my residence. The service man , mr Andrew Frankovitch is very nice. The time frame is 12-2 pm. He came around 12:15. Takes time to do his job ,explains clearly all my questions and fulfill all the requests as well with the professionally manner. I just joined Aptive. The salesperson was very professional and courteous. The technician Frank M. was also very professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I switched companies because of the level of customer service I received.
Jonathan Cordova came today to treat my insect problem. He is always courteous and knowledgeable. He always remembers to bring the sticky bug traps for me without me asking him to. Great service! Sheree H.
