Will was very personable and explained everything in detail as to what was expected with today's application. He as dressed neat and the Aptive truck was clean. He came during the start of the 2 hour window time frame.
I would like to praise Kevin Stoddard for his professionalism, kindness and friendly attitude yesterday. I felt like I could trust everything he said and I was very happy in the way he made sure my pets were safe.while performing his work. He really is an asset to this Aptive.

The team which Ashley brought in were very friendly and did a great job at my place.They gave clear and detailed instruction that needed to be taken for pets and little kids at home.They also service again in case we see more pest around the house
Technician Kevin was very courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and told me what I needed to do to make sure my dogs were not harmed by the spray insecticide. I appreciated his advice. -Mary V.
Tim and Eric from aptive showed up on time and performed the initial treatment very quickly but also very thoroughly. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed all my concerns during the visit. They were very professional.
My first service with Aptive was last week. Ashley & Jonathan came to my residence to apply their first treatment and remove spider webs and wasp nests. I had several of both, which was interesting considering I already had HomeTeam service about a month or two before that. I also mentioned a high wasp next to my HomeTeam provider and he was supposed to return to remove it. The nest is still there and Aptive said they would remove it during my 30 day service check as their pole was not long enough and the nest did not appear... read more
