Hugo and Jonathan came right on schedule and went straight to work (after explaining what they were going to do). They even took special care to treat a rose bush that was infested with aphids and Japanese beetles. They went on to explain that they would return in a month to treat any bug eggs that hatched and if I had any problem crop up to call them and they would come and address them immediately. We've had service provided by another "Name" company but never received the level of personnel interest as felt with Aptive. Hugo Harrara was our first service tech and he impressed me with his knowledge of all the application materials used and the willingness to listen to what i was asking and relating. My previous company was more - hurry up i have more houses to visit and at time left alot to be desired in some if their response. The level of customer service provided was great.
