Alex and Carlos were awesome. They were on time, very professional and knowledgable about what they were doing and using.
Chris V was there on time, he explained what he was going to do, he did it, he came back to tell me what he had done. The essence of customer service. Professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with this first service.
Lived in my current house for 11 years and every year companies come to my door asking me to sign up for insect treatments and I have always declined. This year I agreed to try aptive. Nathan and Alex showed up on time for first treatment, applied all the various treatments that had been promised when I signed up, and even applied some additional treatments after doing a full walk around of my house and we found some evidence of bee activity. Hoping these treatments will keep house ant and bee free this year!

Ross A and Collin M did a good job finding my specific needs in order to eliminate my ant issue. It's been over three weeks from the first service and I haven't seen any ants. They also removed all of the spider webs from the home. Happy with the entire experience.
Today was my initial service after switching over from Moxie. Kevin and Hugo came were my service professionals. Kevin fully explained to me what they were going to do. I am quite happy with everything today and was very happy to see that they did a much more thorough job than Moxie has in the past. I am glad I made the switch.
Henry Castro was our first service pro. He did such a great job answering all our questions and he was very thorough when applying all the product. Overall great service.
So glad that we went with Aptive! Alex called to let me know they were running behind(which I totally understand for this area). When they got here Henry walked me through what they would do and was very thorough. Him, Alex and Marvin were quick and thorough and they even came in and sprayed where we have been having trouble with ants. Thanks fir the great customer service. A+ Jamie M.
