Had our initial service done by Chandler Cook. He was on time, professional, and answered all of our questions. He reassured us the safety of our pets, explained the process and our next steps. I was hesitant after reading some reviews on Yelp, but Aptive has been great to work with and I'm confident that our pest issues will be resolved. Thanks Chandler!
Overall excellent experience and service. Superior customer service and work ethic by McKay. We have been an Aptive customer for over a year and have never been disappointed. Even if you call with an emergency in between your quarterly visits, they will make it a priority to address your concerns.
Today Gio Cerritos, was my Aptive representative. Before arriving, he called to give me notice as to when he would be at the house, which I very much appreciated. When he arrived, he stood away from my front door, politly introduced himself, and asked if I had any special concerns or problems, that I wanted him to attend to. We had our second visit from an Aptive this week. The work was performed by Brian Johnston and he did a great job. He was right on time with his arrival, took his time completing the treatment and explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even took the time to relocate a couple of toads near the house before treating the perimeter. Thank you for great service.

Maggie Warner provided a friendly service, took time to explain the process, and went out of way to accommodate my requests. Great job.
Garett Shaum did a great job on the first visit. He was thorough, and took his time spraying the entire exterior.
Kyra provided outstanding service and my expectations were blown away. She removed a hornets nest and wasp nest in addition to our regular quarterly service. I was impressed with her professionalism.
