The Aptive professional who services my house is thorough, does a complete walk-around when servicing the exterior and did a great job when I asked for interior service for crickets.
Just as many spiders as before any app. Will not use this co. again. We used bug miester before. Not sure of spelling. They put one one and only one app. and we never saw a spider web all summer.
Shannon Lin is very nice and very carefully. He checked every corner. I will recommend him and Aptive to my neighbors and friends.

Our service provider Kellon S was on time, walked us through the process, was deliberate and paced in completing the work. This was so important as my wife and I had multiple appointments that day. I also appreciated the detailed service report listing the chemical applications.
