Even though I have had issues. They do what they say and they always 'make it right'. The products work and they have good communication.

very high pressure sales tactics get you to sign under dress after saying no no no no I don't want the service to them giving you a deal you can't hardly refuse and then signed and then realize you signed a whole agreement for $139 every quarter. so don't believe everything you're told was my problem I like to believe in what people tell me are true but there are people out there that will just do it and have no qualms about it.
Aptive has gone above and beyond with customer service! I would recommend them to anyone seeking good pest control AND customer service.
