I’ve tried calling multiple times, left 4 messages explaining that we have hobo spiders in our house. They never sent someone out to spray again and when they sent me an email saying a technician was coming for my quarterly services I emailed, called, and texted every number I could find for them and told them that they under NO circumstances had permission to come on my property and that I would NOT be continuing with service and when the technician showed up I was going to send him away. RecommendedThank you to our technician this afternoon, who went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us destroy a huge ant colony in our compost bin. He helped my son and I remove it and then sifted and sprayed as we found all kinds of creepy crawly ants and eggs. He stayed for over an hour to make sure he had sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, and then sprayed the yard debris bags we shoveled all the gross dirt into for yard pickup tomorrow. Aptive! We have called you with no answer. Usually you guys come out every quarter and you were suppose to come out in April and July and you never did! The last time you guys were here was January!!! Normally you guys come out and the spiders stay at bay but now the spiders are running rampant and with no answer back from you guys it's frustrating! What a scam. The guy came over today and was here for maybe 12 minutes. After he left I checked out the house and found a huge spider web on my front porch so obviously he didn’t treat it. This was the second time they came and there’s spiders back 2 days later. I sent emails and texts with no reply or response.
Worst pest control company you could ever do business with after several months there was no difference in pest problem in fact I think things even got worse. I spoke with management and given them multiple opportunities to make things right and it failed to do so on every front. I would suggest using another company because after I did I received the results I was looking for in less than two weeks of my initial service. You’d be better off sprinkling Parmesan cheese around your house then hiring this company.
We just had our first service. This has been some of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They keep you on hold for 20 plus minutes and then forces you to leave a voicemail and no one calls back. The sales guy told complete lies and now I can't get anyone on the phone. Do not recommend!

An Aptive salesperson came to my door without a mask on wanting me to open my door and talk. He became agitated when I said I would not come outside. This is irresponsible and very disappointing of Aptive. WE ARE IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Please require your employees to wear a mask when approaching people's front doors. I am not impressed.
