This was the third of their quarterly visits since we started the service. The tech, David Robles, introduced himself and asked if I had any special pest concerns. He explained what the treatment consisted of and went right to work. When he finished he returned to report what he accomplished and where, including climbing the stairs to reach the back fence at the top of our terraces.
The captive guy solves the problem quickly
David was very professional & service oriented. He asked if he could use our water to clean his equipment. I didn’t realize that he could do the inside of our house & garage without an additional charge. Very pleased with his exceptional service.
Omar provided great service with minimum time.. He is a very nice agent with wonderful manners and morals
Omar Dominguez came out today to retreat for ants. I have been very pleased with the speed that the service techs come out when called. This is the first time I have used a service for bugs. I have had ant issues for 19 years. Omar treats them and - poof, they are gone. Thanks,

Scott is very thorough, nice, and friendly. He always shows up with a smile and lets me know exactly what and where he is going to do the treatments.

Arthur Herrera did an amazing job! Even though I knew this was my spray day, he knocked on my door to introduce himself and let me know he was here. I liked that. This company is great!
