Billy was amazing and his helper too. We're very professional very clean we were able to understand it the whole process I will like to have the same technicians back next time around
After pointing out how bad the spider webs were this year, Knieviel went about taking care of the problem. He made sure to take extra care around my vegetable garden on the side of the house, which I really appreciated very much. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing to take care of the pest problem on this extremely hot day. Thanks to Aptive for the great service!

Joshua was at our house today treating all of the outside area mainly for spiders and other critters that have become a huge problem with our changing climate. We discussed my issues, the places that required additional concentration, etc., and he did all I requested. I have used Aptive through 2 different contract lives. Any time I had an issue, it was resolved within days. The staff never attempted to duck contact or responsibility. Joseph W. arrived as scheduled. This was my first treatment. He asked what my concerns were and was very professional in answering my questions. He told me what he was going to do and he went right to work, removed the old and new wasp nest that was there, spider webs, and spayed, paying special attention to the ants and other bugs, and any trails. Only been working with Aptive for about 9 months now. Technician does a great job; today David came by and took care normal service and asked if any unusual items to deal with. Experience has been very good.
