Jerrod was very knowledgeable when I asked several questions to insure I understood what he was dong and why. I waited a few days before I wrote this comment to insure the product performed as advertised and I have noticed a decrease in ant trails. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the Aptive team.
Danny and Paul came as a team. They both came in and explained what they were going to do and asked questions pertaining to my needs. They were here about 30 minutes and treated my front and rear yards before coming inside and doing the garage, upstairs and down. They were both clean cut and professionally dressed. Very polite. I never worried for my safety for a minute.
Danny did a great job, very professional. Would recommend his work. The company is very thorough in their best coverage for the initial set fee.
Brandon came yesterday to sell me their service. He was able to close the deal so well that I signed up. Cory came today to perform the service. Another young professional. He discussed what he was going to do, did a thorough job, and reviewed with me what he had done. Both were very polite. Looking forward to our new relationship.

They were on time and polite. Jerome explained everything thoroughly. Jerome and Omar took down the spider webs and sprayed for pests. I highly recommend their service.
Angel, Manny and Josh arrived promptly at the appointed time, explained the details concerning our first treatment and then followed thru with careful attention to all of our concerns. Very pleased with their service and would recommend Aptive Environmental to family and friends.
Omar came and did our first treatment today and did a very good job. We have issues with ants and fleas and he treated for both. He did a great job explaining everything that was being done. We've used another company for over 10 years but are very impressed with the service we've received from Aptive. Thanks Guys!
