Our Service Pro, Amaro, was on time for our scheduled service. He was extremely thorough in servicing our property, and he explained each of the steps. I highly recommend Aptive, and I would request Amaro! He does amazing work!

Anthony is an excellent representative of Aptive. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was going to do before doing it. My husband and I have been wanting to get some sort of insect control company to spray around the outside of our home as the insects and spiders are really bad this summer in san Diego. This new company has very reasonable prices and we are so pleased that they stopped by our home and offered us this great deal. Thank you! Jodi J

Mighty impressed with the company and Service Tech, Sergio, who left moments ago. Sergio was on time, professional, explained the services available, contract terms, costs, future appointments, service if needed between appointments (no add'l charge). Thoroughly explained what insect activity to expect after spraying and to call if it continues beyond 9 or so days so they can come out and take care of it. Also explained referral program, which is generous to both existing customer and party who was referred. Good experience!
Very professional and knowledgeable. They came out the same day as I enrolled and offer very good pricing for the service. Service Pro was (Jerrod) who was very knowledgeable about insects and answered all my questions and concerns. He worked fast but made sure to do the job right sweeping all spider webs away and spraying a perimeter around the house and backyard. I would recommend Aptive to friends and family. Good job guys.
Every time that I went out to tell them of a problem that we are having they already had found the problem and already treated it. They know what they are doing.
