Caiden Wilkins was here at the expected time (maybe a little early) which I appreciate. He was friendly and attentive. He was efficient about the inspection and application. He did a great job!
Austin T. came to our house this morning for our initial service. He first went over all that he would be doing on this visit and shared a schedule for subsequent visit. We went over my immediate concerns and gave us a brief history of the company. He went right to work with all of the pesticide application and removed webs. Before he left, he explained that aptive was just a phone call away should we have any needs before our next scheduled visit. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Honestly beat their competition in prices and definitely carry themselves well. Very professional, and courteous. The original guy who came to my home to tell me about the service and sign me up was knowledable and helpful. The actual technician ZACH N. who came out on Friday July 21st -2017 , was awesome. Professional and knowledgeable. Look forward to keeping business going.

The technician Tabyon Michel was great and seemed to really know what he was doing. I admired his professionalism while he worked.....Awesome!!!
Mr Barakat did a great job of explaining what he was going to do inside and outside to shield our house from ants and spiders & how I could protect the cat. Had my first application by Caiden W. - he showed up on-time, was professional, courteous and took his time to make sure all areas were covered.
Tracen did an outstanding job today. He spent a lot of time both inside and outside our home, treating it for unwanted pests.
