Kevin was friendly and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and what he was using. He paid special attention to problem areas I mentioned to him and even finished early. He did a great job!

Aptive agents Aaron and Morgan have been to service my house so far. They were both prompt ,courteous and very thorough. Completely satisfied with the service to date, anxious to see when the cold weather comes if the pests return to the inside of the house.
Please stay far away from Adaptive Environment. I called in January to cancel my service. I was told that I had one last appointment in April to finish up my contract. This morning (July 17th) my credit card was debited for another service. When I called to complain they claimed they didn't have a record of me canceling and they would not refund me. AMERICA was the tech. that assisted in placing the pest control substances around the house. He was very friendly and very meticulous in setting the substance all over, even places I didn’t imagine it would.
Great service from Craig M. He came in on time, explained what he will be doing, then proceeded to implement. Was done within 30 minutes, let me know, and asked if I have any questions.
JimmyW was my Tech. What a nice guy. Talked about any hot spots we were having. Told him a saw a few ants by the back door (not like the hundreds we had before Aptive. Jimmy was very kind to my little dogs who ran out to the backyard to help. He stopped what he was doing to pet and talk to them. Very impressed with this young man.
Brian is courteous and friendly. He asks if we need anything in addition to the tasks he will be performing. Brian works quickly but does a thorough job. We’re grateful to have found Aptive and recommend them to anyone looking for a Pest Control service. Carmita Grunnet
