Aaron H. made sure that I understood what he would be doing and checked if I had any questions. He was very polite, and even had a treat for my dog!
This was my first experience with the company. Sofia arrived on time and was very personable. She explained the process and answered my questions cheerfully. She seemed to enjoy telling me how she enjoyed working for the company.
Aaron Houillon was the technician that visited me. Going into this visit, I was switching providers and nervous about the change. Aaron was very polite and reviewed in detail what the services involved in detail. When I asked if the services being done in this visit will be done in future visits, he went through an explanation. Caiden and Chris were outstanding in their first visit to our home! They listened to our concerns, explained everything very well, and were very thorough in their work of treating the interior and exterior of our home. Caiden even went so far as to climb up into our very hot garage attic to check for and ultimately treat for wasp nests. Salesman Matt on 6/16/17 was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered every question. I felt no pressure and his pest control program was more comprehensive and the pricing he quoted me was much better than I received from the last door to door salesman from a different company. So I signed up. The very next day I got my first treatment from Luis Cepeda. He also was courteous and knowledgeable.
