Zach and Sariah came out to do an initial spray for insects. They were unbelievably polite and friendly. They found a few wasps nests and even took it upon themselves to check the swing set and put a spray barrier around it to protect the kids from wasps and spiders. I would highly recommend and hope that you get these two...they were great!
Was very impressed with how efficient and professional Lenny B. and Jesse V. were during the visit. They thoroughly explained everything and they did a great job, removed all of the wasps nests and sprayed inside and outside.
The technician (Matt Bauler) was very friendly and respectful. In addition, he was very thorough...he found a wasp nest high up in my second story eaves and said he would bring a ladder on the next visit to remove it (he sprayed it so the nest would be dead). I usually have a lot of spiders in my front porch alcove, but haven't seen one since the application. I have already recommended this company to a family member.
I am very satisfied with the job performed by Aptive to solve my pest problem. Both gentlemen, James, who introduced the company and their services to me and Randy, who was the service pro who did the application, were wonderful. :D Randy was promptly on time for the appointment and professional, he was also very friendly, knowledgeable and really went out of his way to provide quality service and customer care. I started seeing results from the application, the very next day!
Our Aptive service man was Edgar R., who patiently answered our questions about controlling the various bugs on our property. The actual servicing was quick, complete, and professional. Richard D.

The nicest people to work with!! Brad was awesome explaining and selling your company! Dominic came today to treat our home and could not have been more professional, more knowledgeable or pleasant! Good for Aptive choosing great trustworthy individuals to represent you! We had a service before and made the switch to Aptive because of Brad and Dominic proved that we made the right decision!! :)
