Since hiring aptive, our wasps are completely gone! Our service pro Randy K. was extremely friendly and efficient.
Zach did a great job, very friendly and hopefully kicked some ass on the bugs in the area. He seemed to have a good work ethic, and was a pleasure to be around. He had no issues going into the crawl space to spray and explaining why my pets would be safe from the spray. I've only had Aptive out twice, but I'm already very pleased. The salesman, Dane, for the company was knowledgable about the company & gave me his business card. I did contact him with follow up questions & he responded to my call quickly. Today, Randy Kennedy came out to service the outside of my house & was careful to avoid my new plants near house & took the time to talk to me about the service he was doing today. Everyone has been very prompt, professional & helpful.
My service tech was Josh T. He was on time, friendly and detailed. He was able to answer all my questions and assured me that my carpenter ant and wasp problems would be taken care of. I have used Orkin in the past and have been charged much more for much less time spent at my property. Josh was there for close to an hour. I would love for him to be my regular technician.
This was my first time having Aptive come out and Ruben did a great job! He explained everything he was doing and did his job well.
Both Zack and Soriah were so friendly. They were prompt and professional. They did exactly what I ask them to do as far as inside the house. Overall I am very pleased with this service!

Aptive did a wonderful job being swift and informative to service our home with pest control. They were really considerate regarding us having a newborn infant, and scheduling payment and service dates was extremely quick and easy.
