New customer -- I just had the first treatment two days ago by Ben and Mike. Can't tell yet how the bugs are going to react, but these guys were very courteous and professional and explained everything, offering to come back and re-treat free between quarterly visits if we have any problems. I currently have high hopes for Aptive.
It's Memorial Day, the last thing I expected to have done today is pest control, but Eric was very nice and professional and I agreed to try the company out when he stopped by my driveway. Randy Kennedy came out later in the day to do our first application. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to meet both of them! I gave 4 stars just because I haven't seen the results yet...I look forward to upgrading the star count later this summer.
I just signed up with Aptive and was very impressed with the personnel on their team. My service technician, Sariah, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I pointed out where I have been having problems with sugar ants, wasps and carpenter bees. She explained the treatment being applied in each case and reported back that she had found two additional wasp nests beyond the two I had identified. Joe and jaron did a great job, very friendly. Kindly did everything we asked for! They came to our house around 6pm, weren't in a hurry to leave, they were very thorough.
