Vladimir Yarmak was on time. He explained the procedure for the visit. He was professional and courteous. The house is on the side of a hill with difficult terrain. In spite of this he did excellent work.
Highly recommended. Henry Noble provided outstanding service. He explained protection plan requirements and process. His attention to service needs were outstanding.
Brandon Cecil came to our house for an initial consultation. We appreciated how thorough he was, and he knocked down several wasp nests that we were concerned about. Great service!
Service was great. Kris Alder was here right on time and very courteous. Every inch of the house was taken care inside and out. I definitely love the fact that they spray from the front curb to my back fence. I would definitely recommend this service.
The sales rep, Conner Ogden, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians, Maurice and Zach, were right on time and also very professional. When I opened the door for them, some stray bull dog came bursting through the door, running all over my house and scaring my little dog. Not only did Maurice and Zach help get the dog out of my house, but they took the time to call the owner to ensure the dog got home. I call that above and beyond their call of duty!
I don't usually give any time to door to door, but, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and able to show me a better deal than I was getting. The technician (Isaac) showed up 15 minutes later and explained everything he was going to do and then followed up with me after he was done.
Prompt, friendly and courteous tech (Vladimir Y.) Also offered great discounts (50% off) since they were in the neighborhood already.
Very happy with our service with Aptive. Brandon Cecil was very professional and friendly and took care of all our pest control needs around the house and yard. Definitely recommend this service.
