Follow up from my first review. My puppy who had major surgery on May 20 was terminated because of a strained conversation with tech person who was insensitive to the depth of the issues I was dealing with being a new parent to a small puppy. I apologized but that didn't change the service to my ailing puppy. I was advised that there would be a follow up visit to recheck puppy who did experience complications post surgery.
