After years with another insurance company and continuous rising of rates I decided to shop around and look for a better rate. Tried State Farm and all was great until weeks later they tell me they were dropping my auto policies because my husband had his license suspended for a non moving ticket 5 years prior to setting this new insurance up. StateFarm is the worst company to do business with. My daughter was involved in an accident March of 2022, not her fault, it is now May of 2023 and they still have not settled the claim. Another driver rear ended her while she was sitting still stopped behind a school bus. The kid claimed he was on his phone, even told the cop that. Her car was 5 days old at the time of the accident. I’ve honestly only had one interaction with state farm so far. My car was totaled by a state farm insured a few weeks ago, they were at fault. I recently received the letter from her company (state farm) asking me to reach out. I called the number today and got the nicest and most personable representative on the phone. Cody from state farm Texas was not only extremely helpful, he spoke to me like a real person instead of all business talk. Worst company ever. Have been dealing with them for 3 years trying to get our roof done and they only want to put patches and make our roof look unmatched with different colors. They are definitely the worst company to deal with. We recommend who ever has State Farm to make sure they get rid of them before it’s too late.

I have been denied a roof due to the last hail storm. but they admit that there is hail damage to everything on the roof steel vents, gutters. siding downspouts but not the singles ? wrote an estimate just about the same amount as my deductible. I was intentionally backed into by State Farm insured Vehicle. State Farm took two week to look at my vehicle. The adjuster was out of town until Mo7th and denied my claim on 10th. The adjuster told me the driver said he wasn't driving and wanted proof. The driver said he sold the truck. The adjuster told me the damage on my vehicle was preexisting and I had no proof. State Farm is a company waiting for a big lawsuit. I had a leaking pipe in the wall underneath my kitchen sink. I had standing water underneath my cabinets. The Adjuster, Latoria, argued with the mitigator about removing my cabinets without their permission. Had they not, I would have had mold. She made a false report, stating that my wood on the wall was molded and I have proof it wasn't. She said that it had been going on for a long period of time. STATE FARM FRAUD!!! My vechile was hit on 4/17/23. My police report and claim was filed. I spoke with a state farm representative who confirmed that their insurer infact had active insurance during the collision and that my claim would be forwarded to a claims agent. I've been reaching out attempt after attempt on going 3 weeks now for updates, my phone number has been blocked and I've even sent out several emails. I have been with State Farm for around 10 yrs and in those 10 yrs my rates never go down if anything they ve went up. The agents office I use could use a trainNing session. As all I ve had was issues with this company. Like for example I added a new vehicle to my policy a month ago it’s still not on my policy as they are still working on it.
