Higher rate's compared to other auto insurance with discounts, roadside assistance was a joke, left me stranded for hours, representatives would only read their script and would not listen to my information. Very bad customer service,

Shane Boggess an agent with State Farm in Henderson KY. Absolutely horrible group of individuals to work with. Shane and his WIFE are rude and condescending, customer service is non-existent. They cheat customers by taking cash payments then fail to actually write insurance policies, my poor elderly mother & father fell for this trick. His wife is running the scheme w/ Shane’s help by writing paper receipts for yrs! Very ugly people to deal with! AVOID JON FERNANDEZ-STATE FARM of GREENFIELD and BROWN DEER, WISCONSIN!!! I have been a State Farm customer since I was 16 years old (nearing 52 now). I had never had any issues with any prior SF agents, until my agent retired and Jon Fernandez took over. Unfortunately, dealing with Jon Fernandez has been an unmitigated DISASTER. if i could give a negative star i would. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone. I made a claim in April 1 of 2023. Had my inspection set up for 5/13/2023. Very poor availability. Then on 5/12/2023 i get a vm saying they are cancelling my inspection and I need to reschedule. What poor customer service. I called my office, they were no help. i called the adjuster and he couldn't even give me his supervisors name or contact and hung up on me. Don't ever use State Farm. Horrible customer service. Filed my claim almost 2 weeks ago. I keep having to call and be put on hold for no updates. They keep saying they will call me back....here I sit. Unreal....Horrible insurance company.

First, let me say that I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and I have never had an accident and have never made a claim! While I was sitting in line at ****** in ***********, ** to get out of the parking lot, a guy in a large truck backed into me. He was perpendicular to me, to my right. The line to get out of this parking lot sometimes backs up and causes the cars to block the parked cars for a moment until the traffic light changes and the line starts to move. Quota you a price then slowly raise it up . I left my old company was paying 140$ a month... State farm quotes me 118.. Two years later I am paying 150. I looked at my history and they raised my price every 3 months... Now I am paying more then I was for a car I put 5k miles on in two years!!! State Farm is a rip-off

Was backed into by other vehicle, also a statefarm customer. No evidence of any at fault, so now says we both pay our own damages. My damages are far more than other vehicle. Guess this is how they handle this situation... They took the Well way out...
