A horrible scam insurance company. We've been trying multiple times to get a claim after my wife had a car crash accident, and yet they keep on stalling us just so they wouldn't pay for the damages. That insurance company is only good at recruiting customers, but once the customers need the money for some damages, they will keep on stalling as if we won't notice it. Definitely learned my lesson to not to get Statefarm Insurance in the future.

This is a terrible company. Our house flooded, water was up to our ankles throughout the house. We have been waiting for over 6 weeks now the only repairs they have even discussed are the floors and we can't even get that repair approved! They haven't even considered the walls and cabinets that were damaged. We pay extra for replacement value coverage on contents. They wrote us a tiny check for the "depreciation" value of our damaged furniture and told us that we have to buy the $10,000 worth of furniture out of pocket then ... read more

I can not stand that they will not fix their password reset page. It doesn't work on the iphone or my web browser which is chrome. They're purposely not fixing this stuff so people can't log in and make changes. It's very frustrating

I was rear-ended by State Farm’s customer, while sitting at a red light, in October 2023. I was diagnosed with neurological issues, whiplash, concussion, post concussion and I’ve experienced an overall decrease in my health. The State Farm adjusters name is Erin and she has apparently blocked me. I called another number and was transferred to her number. I left a message and have gotten no response. After having over $13,000 stolen from my home, State Farm is sending me $200. Period. Better beware of their Homeowner's, because it works in their favor after you send them thousands. Oh, and theft, no matter where or what from, is under the fire category. Explain that one. FYI Avoid doing any business with this lousy self-serving company.

STATE FARM IS VERY NEGLECTIVE ABUSIVE DISCRIMITIVE AND FRAUDULENT. THEY ALLOWED A PERSON TO CLAIM FRAUDULENT ITEMS ON MY CLAIM THIS PERSON RECIEVED MORE MONEY THAN I DID WHEN SHE NEVER LIVED WITH ME. I WAS INJURED I HAD TO FIND A NEW PLACE TO LIVE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH HOSPITAL BILLS HOMELESS BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT THEY CHOSE TO GIVE HER ALL MY MONEY RATHER THAN DO ME RIGHT I KNOW THEY TREATED ME DIFFERENT BECAAUSE IM TRANSGENDER.

State Farm does not honor their policy’s anymore they replaced several roofs in my neighborhood over the last years, but my claim this July was denied by a corrupt adjuster. My house is the same age and went through the same storms like my neighbors did. 3 independent roofing companies confirmed that statefarm had to replace place the roof. They don’t care!!!

I am disgusted by State Farm. I was in an accident two weeks ago in which their policyholder made an improper left turn, cutting the corner and striking my vehicle, causing damage. For two weeks I have waited and last week they told me they were waiting on police body cam footage. I cannot begin to tell you the struggles I have gone through having State Farm as my insurance provider. It's hard enough to go through an accident, and harder when your insurance's claims department won't help you. When the claims process first started, every time I called, I talked to a different person on their "team". It took until the fifth person before they took notes on my accident.
