We'd been trying since early December to get a replacement bed for the 10 yr old Apria one my husband has been using (controls quit working). Finally had the pleasure of speaking with Sabrina. Not only did she get it delivered to our house within a week of first talking to her, she also called to report what she had done (emailed doc for rx; etc.) to keep us informed of progress.
