One star because getting answers are almost impossible. Was charged 70.00 for cannula that should be covered by Medicare. The local office does not answer phone and does not return messages left within their 2 hour window. In fact have not returned my calls yet. They charged my credit card before they even sent the bill that is not even due yet! Placed a resupply order on May 26. As of Jul 10th order has not been received. Placed multiple calls inquiring about my order and have not received an explanation for the delay other than “my concern has been escalated”. Each time I was told a manager would call me back within 24 hours. That did not happen. I had to call my insurance company and ask for a new supplier for my Cpap supplies.
I had a similar experience to many of the comments with one star. The billing seems intentionally complicated. If you have a problem with the device, the reps just pass you around, back to Dr, the Dr then sends you back to them. Customer service was of no help, promising a return call that never happened. No response to email. The bills kept coming, however and I wound up paying a pretty substantial sum for a unit I was unable to use.
