Update to my previous post: Apria has been extremely difficult to work with in ending my contract/relationship with them. I made all payments asked if me and was told verbally that I would not receive anymore bills from them. I just received a bill for over $1000 and have been told I must pay. I paid and requested notification in writing that I will not receive another bill from the company. I agree with other posts that Apria staff have given me misinformation. I am being billed for equipment I do not have. I have received 5 different bills for equipment and supplies I was never given. I'm sure my insurance company has been fraudulently billed as well.

One star because getting answers are almost impossible. Was charged 70.00 for cannula that should be covered by Medicare. The local office does not answer phone and does not return messages left within their 2 hour window. In fact have not returned my calls yet. They charged my credit card before they even sent the bill that is not even due yet! Called billing 3 times and was hung up on once after being on hold for 20 minutes, other times the agent was too heavily accented to understand, third one seemed to help, but no acti... read more

Placed a resupply order on May 26. As of Jul 10th order has not been received. Placed multiple calls inquiring about my order and have not received an explanation for the delay other than “my concern has been escalated”. Each time I was told a manager would call me back within 24 hours. That did not happen. I had to call my insurance company and ask for a new supplier for my Cpap supplies.

I had a similar experience to many of the comments with one star. The billing seems intentionally complicated. If you have a problem with the device, the reps just pass you around, back to Dr, the Dr then sends you back to them. Customer service was of no help, promising a return call that never happened. No response to email. The bills kept coming, however and I wound up paying a pretty substantial sum for a unit I was unable to use.
