I am very pleased with my supplies but I didn’t see a chin strap.
Five years ago this local Apria dealer was very helpful facilitating getting a replacement cpap machine. I have to deal with Apria in 2 states. I think Apria corporate leadership worthless or rotten or both. Billing issues have been prevalent for at least a decade. The in-store personnel are sometimes very helpful but often act as if their hands are tied. They will acknowledge that there are billing issues. Why are the billing mistakes always in Apria’s favor? Update to my previous post: Apria has been extremely difficult to work with in ending my contract/relationship with them. I made all payments asked if me and was told verbally that I would not receive anymore bills from them. I just received a bill for over $1000 and have been told I must pay. I paid and requested notification in writing that I will not receive another bill from the company. I agree with other posts that Apria staff have given me misinformation.
