Today my son (I was with him) when he returned the unused CPAP machine to the Tallahassee, Fl location. The lady that assisted was rude and not customer friendly at all. Apria already has low scores/poor reviews overall. This is a shame since it’s one of 3 or so healthcare supply businesses in Tallahassee. Please improve your customer service or he won’t even order supplies from there.
This outfit struggles with execution
DO NOT USE APRIA healthcare Tallahasee, They do not return phone calls. Their customer service is terrible.
I am very pleased with my supplies but I didn’t see a chin strap.
