So my wife had an oxygen concentrator fail and Apria with typical big Business Compassion in dealing with a person in need " we're sorry you machine failed but we can't help you because it's a holiday and after the tank is empty you can go to the hospital." Way to go Apria Healthcare you m after hours service is what most of us have come to expect from Corporate America. I am very upset with this company. I have been dealing with them since mid December and just spent over 40 minutes on the phone with the company. I was told that I would be getting my equipment by Fed Ex by a rep. on Dec. 30. I have yet to receive it. I had met my out of pocket and it was supposed to be handled before Jan. 1st. Well..now I am told that they will have to bill my insurance company. I am being punished for your company's mess up. I was told it would be used as a learning experience...really???
