Sent a script a month ago for a breast pump and have been told numerous times a supervisor would call me. I wait on hold for a supervisor and get hung up on. Here it is 4 days after giving birth and I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me. I have a baby you feed and extremely sore chest due to not having my pump. Customer service is horrible and this business is beyond unprofessional and totally disregards the patient.
I never got my nebulizer. They refused to help me. I paid 70.00 for the medicine to go in the machine and now can't use it. And the most important part- I can't friggin breathe
Worst experience ever. Been trying to get cpap equipment since April! I was trying to get a lady on the phone and they hung up on me. Customer service people arent even in this country
WORST customer service! Quick to Bill you INCORRECTLY, and slow to fix it! I've had two nebulizers covered 100% by my insurance for a yr, yet they didn't Bill right & want to back date & Bill me! Called many times & they still don't fix the problem!
HORRIBLE! received a bilirubin light for my newborn, have tried calling their number multiple times but tell me i'm not in the system and then they send me a bill. I have kaiser and they told me i have to contact apria directly so i called the number on the bill. They transfer me to some other number that just goes in circles with a phone tree. finally get ahold of customer service and the lady told me that i needed to call kaiser and it's my problem ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
Don't order from Apria Healthcare. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I could list a number of issues I have had with them but the most annoying and ongoing issue is that they insist that you pay for your supplies before they will ship them to you and they will not provide a receipt. When you ask for a receipt you are told you need to call the billing department once your supplies are delivered and that they will send you a receipt. Less than Poor !!!! Wish I had read this before. I just wasted 3 days waiting for a call they said would be 24/48 hours only to get the ooooohhh so sorry we can't help you because we gave you an old out dated cp machine. They are in the same boat with the KIRBY VACCUM people. Scammers!!!!
RUN as fast as you can... WORST customer service ever! In the past three days have spent over 2 1/2 hours on hold! To make hold worse, every 30 seconds they you are informed your call will be answered "in a moment". Waiting on a delivery of a hospital bed for my father. No window of time given - "might have an emergent oxygen delivery" and therefore can't give any kind of idea. I am not asking for the world here... just more than sometime today.
