Absolute WORST customer service. We bought a machine for $700, have a problem with a part. Was promised in DECEMBER that they would send it to us AND STILL 3 MONTHS LATER can NOT GET HELP OR THE PART. MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND GETTING NO WHERE. THE LONG ISLAND CITY OFFICE JUST HANGS UP WHEN THEY OUCK UP THE PHONE. THIS IS SOMEONES LIFE THAT DEPENDS ON THE CPAP MACHINE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Still focused on a higher bottom line before the customers, referrals and employees. A little less profit and a little more customer service/employee appreciation would really help build your patient base.

i have had Apria for almost a year. i ordered parts for my cpap machine and they get the address messed up and i talked to them today twice within a hour. i explained that my shipment was to be shipped to my work. It ends up they ship it to my apartment qhere i exclusively told them i would not be home! Now i will wait till the UPS sends parts back before i will get my stuff before i go on a teip where i need to use my equipment. if there was another provider i would use them . i not happy at all qith the service of this pla... read more
This company sucks at allowing CUSTOMERS to pay monthly online. I do not want them taking it automatically out of my account , I want to pay the same time every month when I pay the rest of my bills. I can't pay this one! Multiple calls trying to get into that online account and then when I do it says I owe nothing. I can not go ahead and pay it and be done with it!
