I have to say, Apria as a conglomerate company has given us over several years one continual headache and absolutely no reason to think they know one iota about good customer service. That said, IF you can get a hold of the direct phone to the local office (not an easy feat) OR find where they are and go there - you meet and deal with knowledgeable and helpful people.
