The receptionists who answered my questions on the phone were well informed and more helpful than any of my other contacts with Apria.
These folks have total misrepresentation of what medicare guidelines are. They took this guideline below and advised me that they couldn't provide O2 for my Mom simply because she felt Apria might have been better and she wanted to leave her previous provider. A vast improvement over my previous experiences. Most notable, hold time was minimal. The agent spoke clear English, I wasn’t transferred 8 times. I have had some extremely bad service with this company in the past.
