I would strongly urge anyone that has Apria pick up their equipment to make sure you have their representative sign a receipt for pickup since they don't offer one. After picking up all our three pieces of equipment they later claimed they only got two. I've had three phone calls with Apria with long hold periods and two different representatives admitting that they located the missing piece of equipment. After 22 years of use and res up ply I was denied resupply until I completed a new sleep study and received a physicians order-I was dismayed. I called customer service from our SC home, was connected to Ashley and my problem was resolved. Ashley was empowered to search Apria’s data base for my most recent sleep study performed in CT. It would be nice if there were two or three additional head bands.
A man delivered my equipment and explained what to do and how . I have now had the chance to explain the equipment to two other ladies, because they wasn't told how to operate their equipment. Thanks Johnny

I have been trying for over a month to reorder canulas No one returns my messages or ever answers the phone. I tried another department just to Check if still in business. Was treated very rudely and immediately transferred to another recorded message to no where. How can you possibly call this a business? How can I get service? .
