My husband had COPD and had leased oxygen equipment and tanks from Apria Healthcare. He passed in April of this year at 79, and my I paid two final bills. The last because they claimed they were never paid. In October Apria Healthcare sent my a check in my husband's name in the amount of $26.40, knowing he was deceased, because I had in fact overpaid. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was applying for a job with this company, received a phone interview and the interviewer was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was treated like I didn't matter, I will not work for a company like this and if anyone uses them as a DME company you should be aware that they are just as rude to their customers!!!
Ridiculously incompetent company. I have NEVER received the CPAP supplies I actually ordered! Not a single time in a year! The wrong supplies arrive, the wrong size, just pieces and not the whole component, pieces that don't fit together, and so on. It took five re-sends to get the right headpiece to arrive! I like the machine that I received This time it's much smaller and more convenient . I wish that the Emergency tank was smaller because it's to big and bulky.
Horrible! Negative ten stars if was possible. I’m on hold right now and have been for the past three hours straight. When a actual person answers I was instantly redirected to another que and made to wait another hour before someone decides to answer. I started begging the person(s) not to put me on hold again and would get a little cooperation before getting transferred yet again. This is ridiculous, I have been calling several times for almost two months, for a nebulizer for my mother, and yesterday I left a voicemail and they never called me back and right now I have literally been on the phone for about 30 minutes, nobody took it Call again they sent me to voicemail.
